Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering, or using any part of the scrplay platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all the terms and conditions stated in this document. This acceptance is an absolute condition for using scrplay services.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to continue using the platform. Continued use after any published amendments is considered acceptance of the latest version of the terms.

User Eligibility

Use of the scrplay platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following criteria without exception:

• At least 21 years of age on the date of registration and throughout the period of platform use.
• Having full legal capacity to enter into a legally binding agreement.
• Not included on any self-exclusion list or ban enforced by any relevant authority.
• Not accessing the platform from a territory or jurisdiction where online betting activities are prohibited.
• Acting on their own behalf and not as a representative or agent of a third party.

Account Registration and Management

Each user is only permitted to register and operate one (1) active account on scrplay. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, addresses, mobile numbers, emails, or payment methods — is a serious violation of these terms.

During registration, users are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including their full name as per their MyKad identity card, date of birth, an active mobile number, and a valid email address. scrplay reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage.

Users are fully responsible for:

• Keeping their password and account login details confidential.
• Ensuring that no other party uses their account without authorisation.
• Notifying scrplay immediately if there is any unauthorised access or security concern.
• Updating their personal information when changes occur.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Financial Transactions

All financial transactions on scrplay are subject to the following limits and procedures, which are fully in effect:

• Minimum deposit: RM10 per payment method.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM100 per request.
• Withdrawal processing time: 10 to 45 minutes from the time the request is approved.

Accepted payment methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, and ETH). All withdrawals will be processed to the same account or wallet used for the original deposit, except in situations requiring additional verification.

scrplay reserves the right to hold or delay withdrawals for compliance review, identity verification, or investigation of suspicious activity. Users will be notified via customer support channels if such a delay occurs.

Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

scrplay offers various bonuses and promotions to registered users. All promotional offers are subject to specific conditions stated alongside each promotion. The scrplay welcome bonus gives 150% of the first deposit amount up to a maximum of RM500.

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times the bonus amount received. Applicable calculation examples:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM150 → Balance RM250 → Wagering requirement: RM150 × 25 = RM3,750
• Deposit RM800 → Bonus RM500 → Balance RM1,300 → Wagering requirement: RM500 × 25 = RM12,500

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the wagering requirement must be fully met first. scrplay reserves the right to cancel bonuses and any related winnings if fraud, promotion abuse, or a violation of betting terms is found to have occurred.

Game Rules and Betting

All games offered on scrplay — including online slots, live casino, sportsbook, and crash games — have their own rules and mechanics available within the game interface. Users are required to understand the game rules before placing any bets.

Game outcomes are determined by a certified random number generator (RNG) system, or by licensed third-party game providers in the case of live casino and sportsbook. scrplay is not responsible for any disputes arising from game results that are valid according to the system.

Bets that have been confirmed and accepted cannot be cancelled. In the event of a technical disruption affecting the outcome of a bet, scrplay reserves the right to take appropriate action, including voiding the round in question and refunding the bet amount.

User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

scrplay users are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities, which constitute serious violations of these terms:

• Registering or using an account in another person's name without valid authorisation.
• Using automation software, bots, or any tool that manipulates game or betting outcomes.
• Uploading content that is unlawful, offensive, or damaging to the reputation of the platform.
• Engaging in fraud, money laundering, or any criminal financial activity through the platform.
• Sharing an account with other users or allowing third-party access without scrplay's authorisation.
• Exploiting any technical bugs or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions gives scrplay the right to suspend the account immediately, withhold the related balance, and take appropriate legal action.

Account Closure and Suspension

Users may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting the scrplay customer support team via live chat or email. Account closure is subject to the settlement of all pending transactions and the fulfilment of any active wagering requirements.

scrplay reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account immediately in the following circumstances:

• Confirmation that the user provided false information during registration.
• The user has breached any clause in these terms and conditions.
• Suspicious activity indicating fraud or financial misconduct.
• At the request of a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.

In cases of disciplinary closure, scrplay reserves the right to withhold the account balance until the investigation has been fully completed.

Limitation of Liability

scrplay provides the betting platform on an "as is" basis and makes no express or implied warranties regarding the continuous availability, accuracy of information, or compatibility of the platform with users' devices.

scrplay will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from:

• Internet service disruptions or damage to users' equipment.
• Data loss resulting from technical errors beyond scrplay's control.
• Betting decisions made based on the user's own information or strategies.
• Any delays in transaction processing caused by third-party payment providers.

The maximum amount of scrplay's liability to users under any circumstances shall not exceed the net deposit amount deposited by the user in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.

Privacy and Data Protection

scrplay collects, stores, and processes users' personal information solely for the purpose of providing services, complying with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations, and improving the quality of the platform. Data collection is conducted in accordance with scrplay's Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement.

User information will not be sold, leased, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes without the user's explicit consent. However, scrplay reserves the right to disclose information to competent authorities when required by law.

Amendments to These Terms

scrplay reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice to users. The latest version of the terms will always be available on this page with a clear update date.

It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically to ensure they are aware of any changes. Continued use of the platform after changes are published is considered acceptance of the amended terms.

Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms and conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the international licensing jurisdiction under which scrplay operates. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the following process:

• First stage: Direct discussion through scrplay's customer support channels within 30 days from the date the dispute arises.
• Second stage: Formal mediation through a dispute resolution mechanism recognised under scrplay's international licence.
• Third stage: Binding arbitration in accordance with the procedures set by the licensing body, whose decision is final and binding on both parties.

The official language for all dispute proceedings is Malay or English, as mutually agreed upon.
